Supernatural Fitness provides schools with the opportunity to contribute towards the achievement of many of the national outcomes stipulated by Every Child Matters. We also aim to provide further evidence of fulfillment of various criteria required to gain or consolidate National Healthy School status. Incorporating aspects of SEAL's and QCA guidelines.

Healthy Lifestyles Show - For Kids

A Multi media and entertainment based show, to give kids the opportunity to have fun, interact and learn about Healthy lifestyle choices. Throughout the day children will be encouraged to make better lifestyle choices and given life skills that they can use everyday.

This stage show is an excellent way of grabbing young children's attention and demonstrating Healthy lifestyle principles in a relevant, fun and exciting way.

The event is fully inter-active, suitable for any venue and can accommodate any number of children. All equipment is provided for the show.

The show is designed to include elements of both the Every child matters and Healthy schools agendas and will also include aspects of Physical Education, PHSE, Citizenship, Drama, Media, English and Maths.

The show time is flexible and lasts from an hour to an hour and 15 minutes.

Highlights of the events include:

• Kids "In the Army" fun challenge.
• Use of cartoon animation to inspire healthier choices.
• Live performance of one of Jason's World championship Bodybuilding displays selected from Batman, Gladiator, Beowulf, Terminator and other award winning performances.
• From Baby to Bodybuilder slideshow highlighting Jason's career to date.
• Interactive year group quiz.
• Exclusive footage of Jason training in preparation for the World championships.
• Whole school exercise session with Jason's not so healthy twin(Jason in disguise).

Group Sessions

Following the main show Jason aims to work with the whole school or audience in smaller groups. These sessions can take place within the classroom or outdoors. The sessions are flexible and include:

• Question and answer sessions with the opportunity at the end for Autographs and photos.
• Team and individual games and challenges with a focus on a topic from the Healthy lifestyle shows.

Costs from £400 half day, £500 full day.
